Happy New Year from Singletrack
Firstly let us wish you the best for 2004 in what we hope will be a great
year of riding for you. It's a landmark for us too because, not only are we
going to be writing six issues a year, but we've now been going for three
years. And to add to that, this year, Chipps celebrates (if that's the right
word...) ten years as a full time mountain bike journalist.
We've got some plans in the works for the magazine and the website too, so
we hope you'll keep tuning in to Singletrackworld.com regularly to see us
keep up our reputation for ground-breaking stories, informative and fun
forum banter and all the dates and details for the top events of the year.
And we look forward to seeing you all this year - come and say hello when
you see us at events. It's always good to put a face to a forum handle.
So, we wish you the best for 2004. We hope you get a chance to ride lots on
some great trails and that you get to enjoy it with friends old and new.

Ha! I remember that one, I joined the forum in '03. All my mailing then was on a long defunct works email. No idea what the oldest is, I was checking one the other evening, and there's around 2800 in there. Trouble is, I check all my mails on my phone, and delete them on there, but they still show in the mail folder on the Mac, when I can be arsed to boot the thing up...

I have some from last year for warranty things.
But oldest WIP is 6 months with 18 emails to sort.
I stayed a bit longer and went through 250 emails in 2 hrs last week sorting things from 2008...
