Any car spares shop should sell 4mm washer jet pipe.
What's it for? Anywhere locally that stocks home brewing equipment?

Truck spares shops will have all sorts of sizes from 4mm up to 16mm in colours.
ideally needs to be clear as I'm using it for draining and filling gearbox and diff with oil
Seeing as very few people actually make anything these days, suppliers are thin on the ground and it's become quite difficult sourcing things like this.

Most pet shops will sell aquarium air tubing, I'm not sure it that will do the job for you.
