All my adult life I've had a mesomorph body type - more rugby player than mountain biker - and I've never been very flexible, although I can move fallen trees out of the way on the trails
As I get older I find it increasingly difficult to maintain what flexibility I have via simple stretches etc and I'm looking for something different, something more specialised - yoga pilates I don't know - that could work for me.
Any suggestions are welcome cheers

Rock climbing?
Search Amazon for the Richard Hitteman (sp?) 28 Day Yoga Plan - been around since the 1970's and a gentle, progressive course of yoga exercises with idiot-proof instructions. If you can find an original hardback then they're better than the later, smaller paperback format.
Takes between 15 and 30 minutes a day. Works a treat.
