Any suggestions for a flask please, for hot drinks, excluding ovalltine 😉

My old flask seems to have a very odd taste lately.

got given one of these - not a flask as such but convenient take anywhere - fits in pocket - drink straight out of it would def buy another if lost it - i would say the 4hours says keep stuff warm is about right so not like a thermos but ok for a walk or ride

Thermos stainless steel. I'v had mine for about 15 years and it is still going strong. Keeps drinks warm for the whole day.

Thermos SS here too. I've sometimes emptied mine the day after and it's still warm.

Oh and a couple of teaspoons of baking soda, fill with hot water and leave to stand to get rid of taste. I find that anything starts to taste "flasky" quite quickly though.

Get a vacuum flask as the glass ones are bound to break. If going for a proper Thermos, ensure it doesn't have a silly, complicated lid to pour from as they are impossible to clean and get full of gunk.

I got an el cheapo stainless steel one from Asda for about 3 quid and it does the trick. If it breaks, or I lose it, I'll get another.

Can recommend the Rolls Royce of flasks - Zojirushi (sp?) and look out for them in T K Maxx.

Personally prefer screw top ones and if you're not too bothered about it staying warm for yonks then the Tesco ones aren't bad. The 330ml size is ideal for riding.
