Anything that can be "painted" onto it to seal it (it's a small white tile) or is replacement the only option?

You haven't really given much info, but assuming its just cracked fill it with clear or white silicon or tile grout.

If you don't want to remove it....a bodge would be to get a tile sticker and place over it!!
I've never tried it, as I would always remove the tile and replace
