IMO yes. What does the manufacturer recommend?
Fro me default is to grease with ordinary grease. If you are worried about seizing then copaslip. If you worry about them coming undone locktite if they are not nylock nuts.
Sorry - not very helpful but I would never use a dry nut and bolt.

Never assemble metal parts dry
As TJ says all metal threads need lube of some sort
all other metal to metal interfaces should be lubed too
