As title suggests, I want to build up my biceps and triceps.

I've bought a set of 15kg chrome dumbbells and wondered whether anyone had any suggestions for a decent daily workout?

A swiss ball gives you the option of dumbell press along with inclined press-ups.

And a pull up bar really workd the lats on the back along with biceps.

Easy peasy 😀

Don't work them every day - they need rest days to help them repair and get stronger.

And don't just work your arm muscles - target shoulders, back and chest too.

Interested to know your tips on back strength as my family has a history of back problems and I have suffered terribly. I do some right weird exersise to help but it doesn't completely rectify it. I feel it's definitely a lack of muscle strength that causes it... Lacking inner core strength to be more precise.

My little superset!

Great for toning and bulking. Either 4 sets of 10 or 3 sets 12.

Left arm curl, both arm curl = 1 Rep.

Right arm curl, both arm curl = 1 Rep.

The there's the Decline Curl on a bench, laid to prevent the back bending back.

21 Guns - with bent bar or bench press bar.

7 Fully extended to half curl
7 Half curl to top
7 Full curls

Hammer Curl - Stood for core stability

Rather than curl out in front of you, keep the curl close to the abs and chest. Slow reps, no swing the dumb bell.
