Having startup issues with my PC, latest is that FFox is constantly crashing on starting. Switched to IE to get onto forum but seem to have lost most of my recent favourites list. Is there any way of recovering FFox as I cannot remember all my favourites to reinstate them on IE. I know I'll get a flurry of "FFox is crap, use Chrome" but this doesn't help my current predicament. Any help in numpty speak will be gratefully received. Ta
By favourites, do you mean your bookmarks? You want to transfer them over to IE?
Firefox is a good browser, a little memory hungry at times. Chrome is overrated in some areas.
You could try importing favourites/bookmarks into IE.
Completely uninstall FF. Reboot.
Reinstall FF and import bookmarks into FF from IE.

Download the latest FF it will give you an option to repair, if it that fails uninstall but select the option to keep bookmarks and favourites. Reboot install latest version and you should be good.
