To be honest, people complaining about porn on the internet do say things like that though. I used to work for a hosting company where a woman rang to complain that she was going to call watchdog unless we stopped putting porn on her computer. After a LOT of discussion with her, a colleague finally found out that her teenage son had told her it was our company doing it after she caught him looking at porn.

His excuse is understandable but her believing it was a bit much.
