Handy if you're in soho. Not much use if you're in southport, sheffield or sunderland 😉

Perhaps it's not on general release yet?

Its an indie movie directed by David Bowies son.

Probably deemed too weird for mass market - or too intelligent.

It's on at the AMC in Brum (and presumably the one in Manchester?) from the end of this week... Looks good!

Edit: Also shows up on the Cineworld website, and they're everywhere aren't they?

my nearest cineworld is 121 miles away.

My nearest local independent cinema is about 3 miles away, has a waiter service to bring you booze when you're sat down & even better Moon will be showing from the 17th.

It's very much in the style of Silent Running, apparently, one lonely man working many hundreds of thousands of miles from anywhere. Many of the effects blokes are old guys from classic scifi movies who do things properly, without stacks of computer fx. Looks good, hopefully it'll show up somewhere around the Bristol/Bath area.

I loved silent running as a kid and even now.

Guess I'll be making a visit to Cineworld!
