I'm looking for some 'good' software that will allow staff to sync their My Documents folder with there personal share on the network.
It needs to be something that they can run manually or on a schedule.
Can't use Offline folders or log off scripts as it causes to many sync errors as most of the staff connect via VPN.
Ideally I want something that will run on the client not the server(s) as they are already run a replication system and it may conflict.

Folder Redirection and Offline Folders works just fine over a VPN for me.
Yeah I think the Offline folder issues are more user error than anything else. It doesn't sync so well when user kill the power to the laptop. No doubt I haven't got the setup quite right either.
SyncToy looks good, and free!!
