Was involved in a car accident some 4 months ago and all was sorted as other driver admitted liability.
It seems that insurance companies pass on details to Uncle Tom Cobbley an' all so received a few calls asking whether I received any injuries etc etc. Anyways, just received yet another call and this company seem to have an outstanding query. 😕
I told them it was all sorted, they persisted with asking questions so I ended up raising my voice telling them I'd had a gutful of stupid calls and don't dare call me again. Slam!! 👿
Anyone else had this? Did you take action? What rights do insurance companies have to pass on phone numbers?
And breathe ...
ask if they're the person that's going to "hurt" the other driver on your behalf and ask when you can meet up. Tell them it's got to be soon and you want maximum damage but definitely don't want them killed, or you get your money back
