I wasn't expecting that result, I was kind of thinking he would recover and complete the ride.

They just completed the inquest into my father inlaw's death last week. Returned a verdict of accidental death.

I guess we'll never really know if he was hit by a car or not. I'm inclinded to hope that he wasnt and just fell off of his own accord.
