Morning team,

week 1 update, painful for some I'm afraid but hats of for your honesty in posting gains, best of luck for next week!
As before, anyone in green has posted a figure for the week, those in white have not...

Me - a stay the same (twas ever thus...) however, my <cough>tenderness <cough> has eased so, its back on the bike to work as of tomorrow (weather permitting.. 🙂 ) and I really need to harness the eat less (or, at least, better quality stuff...) part of the equation as well this time...

And, cos i'm bored - who wants to pick the colour i'll use to highlight those who send in their weight this Friday? 8)

I still cannot believe I managed to put back on in a couple of weeks what took me 5 weeks to take off.

Of course it was not my fault, my tredmill broke, my brother came over from athens so 'had' to go for an indian meal.

Oh and dont get me started on creme eggs. Friggin' easter 😥

Am expecting this weekend will be painful on the weight front, looking forward to a weekend in Wales but I eat like a b@57@rd after a long ride, oh and easter. Still, a small loss this week might offset it.

I think, after 3 days of having guests and overeating, I've put back on all I lost last week 🙁

And now we are off to the lakes at Easter with the family so I can't see things improving.

Oh well.

I think I'd posted a reduction for last week so my gain of 1.5 should be a negative.

I'll mail you 🙂
