OK need help here i wanted to build a so called fat bike like the surley pug but i cannot afford the price to build it so would anybody no whats the largest hardtail frame you could run a 26x3.00 tyer or more pleas??ive been told to run echo trials rims>>any help

Surly 1x1 has the largest clearance I've seen, and they claim a 2.7" fits.

ok anybody no big the clearance is betwwen the 2 back stays were the wheels go

A Surly Karate Monkey can run Snowcat rims and (with a little hammer-based modification) Large Marges. If you can find one 2nd hand, that might do you well.
