Why on earth would anyone want an espresso - a drink invented for the sole purpose of getting recalcitrant turds moving - immediately before a bike ride? First thing in the morning, sure, that's makes sense, a good clear out [i]before[/i] sport is invariably a good thing. But this is just going to result in the birth of a mud child once the activity has commenced.
