Yes, depends on where you'd like to stay though. I used to live in West Hampstead and we stayed here (its 3 stops from Bond Street on the Jubilee line). In the room there was a decent double sofabed and enough room for all:

Not great, but serve a function. Coventry Garden one is well located.

Dolphin house at dolphin square are very nice, deals to be had sometimes.
Hotel 82 also have Apartment 146 - its on Gloucester place, not far from Baker street. The Apartments are OK for families, but their website is rubbish so hard to recommend it. But Ive used them without problems in the past.
Look up the foresters arms in Ealing
Gets great reviews on laterooms, I eat and drink there a lot now even after moving out of London
They have a room large enough for a family for around £70 I believe

We're down in London this weekend and staying at the SO Park apartments in Battersea for about £125 a night for the 3 of us. We've not used them before but it looks ok.
