Facebook is doing this sort of thing as part of GDPR. However, the bit before the comma should be your name. So either it's a scam pretending to be Facebook, or you've got some sort of security / setting which is blocking it.

EDIT: sorry, I assumed a PC. So yeah, try logging in to the desktop website first as @somouk says.
Logging on via the Web seems ok. Would have thought an app would be OK.

Liberating. Just deleted mine. Sick of seeing adverts and nothing from my family. Just so much junk on it. Plus I don't need to see what others are upto, nor do they see my activity. We use WhatsApp for family groups and sharing photos etc.
