Wow, get this. Like a mad crazy fool, I order the wrong size of Ardbeg shirt from the Cycle Jersey peeps. I then do a ride in this shirt, looking a lot like the incredible hulk only in black. Then I realise the shirt is the wrong size. More to the point, they'd confirmed the size to me via email before I wore it. Yes, all my fault. I know I know.
Anyway, I write an email to Doug at the cyclejersey.com explaining my plight, and lo, he sends me another shirt by return, even though I'd worn the old one.
An uplifting example of great customer service brightening up my usually dull existence.
How good is that?

They're great. My Dad mentioned while ordering that he was going to NW Scotland on holiday - lo and behold an essay of great recommendations and advice arrived via email.
