he was challenging for position off the line and was unlucky to connect with webber. anyway, come on button - let's get on it!

in fact, webber steered into hamilton and punctured his rear wheel with his front wing. unlucky hamilton, i'd say.

Yup - actually some real live overtaking

Hamilton blew it by getting overexcited again. He does have previous on this.

Rubens is rapidly losing appeal for me, he needs to think before he opens his mouth

Rubens is a loose cannon when a microphone is pointed at him especially when his not won!! but I do find it very very funny and they just played it again 🙂 Especially the blah blah blah.....

Hamilton (because it's, like, a race) took off from the line pretty fast, Webber moved over to block and caught Hamilton's rear wheel with his bodywork, puncturing the tyre. This happens occasionally in racing and is just 'one of those things', this does not necessarily make Hamilton either overexcited, or a dick.

Sounds like Hamilton had the corner then if Webber made contact with Hamiltons rear tyre with his front wing. Thats not a block- if it is its waaaay too late. If Hamo had done that last season he would have been strung up....BUT ANYWAAYYY moving along

Just seen the two incidents. Last season that would have DEFINATELY resulted in further sanctions. Especially the blatant sideswipe at Ruebens.

Hamilton, great start.. wanted him to do well, but, the worst place ever to get a puncture on any circuit is at the beginning of a lap... the furthest point possible from the pits.. and we all know reliants aint that fast !
Hamilton got a bollocking on air.. (if anybody noticed).. he suggested he leave the race and thus be entitled to a new gear box for the next race.. without penalty... he was told firmly to leave the strategy to the team.

Rubens... he did have a point tho' he was 17 seconds ahead at his first pit stop... only to have it wasted by the team / refuelling rig.. dont the team test those devices ?

But all in all... nobody was going to stop the Aussie.. and it is about time he had his share of the laurels..
