Overtakes is the wrong word
Change in position via more than likely as there hasnt been an average of 50 wheel-to-wheel overtakes this season.
DRS is a piss poor replacement for real racing 👎
Without DRS there won't be any 'real racing' what you get is a procession. It's effect is too large on some circuits for sure, but without some sort of aid, its woefully dull.

I can't get on with those highlights myself, you don't get any of the strategy or watching people closing down the gap to the car in front etc so it's just like a series of random events happening.
Sky sometimes upload a 30 min highlights to their YouTube channel which is decent
