Anybody able to give me any recommendations for places in the north west - will be travelling from Cumbria, so easy to get to places like Preston, Manchester, Bolton...

My wife got hers zapped at Optical Express about 8 years ago. Better than 20/20 and she's never looked back. She referred about 6 people at work too who all have had similarly pleasing results.
I had both eyes done on the same day at optimax in Liverpool about 11 years ago . Been spot on since.
