I have to run an 'escape' to develop new ideas in my field of work.
Probably end up with 15 or 20 people, overnight stay. 3 or 4 months time.
I have been encouraged to look at open space technique and sandpits. Not done so yet.
Any pearls of wisdom from STW before I start?
