Can anyone recommend an app to guide some exercise routines at home for the older gentleman? Just want something with a combination of stretching (maybe yoga or Pilates), weights and calisthenics. Just trying to get some base fitness back after being unmotivated for a while.
Cheers

There's a few of us doing yoga as a result of the 100 Days threads. Lots of inspiration on YouTube, including Kassandra and Adriene.

I'm not a yoga person, but various friends are and have said loads of good things about Adriene on YouTube, as mentioned above.

I don't know if you have a turbo trainer, but Wahoo SYSTM has not only cycling workouts, but yoga and bodyweight strength exercises.

Or if you just want yoga, the lady on SYSTM has her own programmes tailored to cycling..

Get some fitness bands, low impact and natural movement and plenty of apps.

Leap fitness apps on android are pretty good

Weight loss for men & home workout ones are great. Really impressive for a free app

Home workout no equipment works for me as a 'never been to a gym' person.
