Why doesn't the autofit row height work anymore?
I am sure the previous version used a right click on the selected cell and then had options to autofit row and column
This newer version with the ribbon type menus, it's located on the home tab, at the far right
I have wrapped text, selected the cell, but row autofit does nothing

I don't remember this from Excel
just double click on the line inbetween the column/ row headers

Having first highlighted the rows/columns you want to resize.

you don't even need to do that
just move the mouse so that it is between the columns/rows so that the mouse pointer changes to a plus sign with arrows on the vertical/horizontal, and double-click

Merged cells? Autofit doesn't work with those.
