Our V+ box packed in just after Christmas and the engineer failed to turn up yesterday and the repairs have been delayed until the 13th.
Based on the poor level of service (and a fair few other equipment/service problems,[temperamental box and intermittent interactive srvices]), would it be possible to get out of my contract and switch back to Sky because of this?
