[Closed] email help

I just got a digital signed email , never had one before .

then after the first bit saying it was digital signed
came this bit

There are no other problems with the digital ID

what does this mean I never opened the message yet bit worried about the bit about it being tampered with
should I bin it or risk opening it is there a way to check it .
