OK, I can't help with that. On the PC based versions there is a nickname file called xxx.nk2
This feature must have been responsible for a few mis-addressed emails and red faces; you have to take care to read the address before pressing "send" if you have customers or clients with similar names.
It's always the first thing I disable on Outlook at work. The minimal extra time taken to get the right email address far outweighs the risk of sending the wrong thing to the wrong person!

It's a hidden message in the mailbox these days - subject and message class of IPM.Configuration.Autocomplete.
Should be accessible via MFCMAPI or EWSEditor. Not sure what structure it has or how easy it would be to export from there though.
