They're cheapest for me. The excess and cover are OK. Any horror stories?

We've both cars with them, and have flipped on average every 2 years between them and Tesco Value. Wife made a claim recently, very smooth. Recommend.

My sister's with Elephant and has written off four cars, never had a problem claiming.
