[Closed] Edinburgh Trams 2

As a follow on to the "What Tyres For Tramlines" thread and the ongoing debate about cost and time over runs I thought that I would post this.....

We found it under the carpet of our newly purchased house in March... Pretty topical that there is an apology for having to run the trams for longer before the bus service can start... At least the "One Big Contract" has finally finished this Sunday on Princess St.....

I can just picture the front page of the Scotsman, 2012, apologies, bus service still running, trams not ready yet....

What goes around etc etc....
