Hi recently had to open a case on ebay for an item not received, even though hermes say it was. ebay were useless insisting i get proof of non delivery from hermes, impossible when they only have the most retarded chatbot for contact on the website or file a claim with action fraud. Paypal say its down to ebay to sort out so I filed a claim with my bank and got my money back with in a couple of days.
Now paypal have chirped up asking me to contact the bank and ebay to sort out the problem.
What I want to know is who will eventually be out of pocket paypal, ebay or the vendor?

There's bound to be something in the eBay, PayPal or bank T&C's that screws you over.
