Just had scallops and black pudding, followed by ribeye and chips (no Bearnaise sauce - ****ing thing separated and once I got it back together it wouldn't thicken so went down the bog, dammit).
Drinking a nice bottle of Gallacian Albarino (which seems to have gone away) and then St Emilion with the steak which still has some legs in it.
Listening to Hugh FW banging on about chickens in the backgound, and Miles Davies in foreground.
Riding somewhere in Perthshire tomorrow, TBC.
