We will be in touch
Hi I am booking a flight to Scotland using easyjet.
They want me to provide some private informations.
I have flown using easy jet dozens of time and I never had to provide the informations.
Is it somethign new? Should I "forget" to give them all the details of the ID I'll be using?
Everyone else have had this problem before?
Cheers
Probably something to do with this
Well i am not leaving the UK I am getting into the UK... Plus it's not details about where and what, but my ID.
I am quite worried, specially since that stuff appeared after I paid for my flight.
I'll stop to the airport tomorrow and try to investigate
are you flying from spain? 'cos they have imposed some weird law.
No going from france to scotland. About as easy as it should get 🙁
I was about to say the same. It's the Spanish not the English who want it. Has to be logged the day before travel or something to approve those who want to visit.
What's wrong with just telling them what they want to know?
Druidh they want the full details of the ID I'll be using.
Number type of ID validity date etc etc.
And what's wrong with that? I'm pretty sure I had to provide similar details (of passport) when flying out to Spain last spring.
Well what is happening to such details?
I can't even find a link on the easy jet website about why is it for.
Plus Why don't they ask fro these inormations before I pay for the flight
what's wrong with giving it them? They'll have it anyway when you check in...
They'll have it anyway when you check in
Not stored somewhere that really worries me
are they asking you this information as you're booking it, or has it come through by email afterwards?
i'm sure they'll store it when you check in!!!!!
Well they are asking these information after I have booked.
During check in they only have my ID in hand a few seconds, so I have doubt they store everything.
