seems to tick boxes for me as quite fancy the mapping and the camera looks better than average

downside a review say the speed sucks for web or is this just like cars that don't do 0-60 in less than 8secs are a waste of space?

any experiences

The missus has one, it's alright. I've got the 5800 chrome which came before it and imo it's waaay better. For geekness get the 5800, if you just want a phone get the X6.

Fragile. I broke mine

a concern last nokia i had broke at 12month and the reviews said flimsy - but i'm not kind to them

priorities;
phone
texting
camera because i don;t always carry decent one and have kids
nice to have maps - used to have on nokia i broke and liked
diary
web access for checking phone numbers / addresses not browsing as a lifestyle

Not too bad, phone works, camera is good, music is good, email and messaging ok, satnav is really good and free, web ok if you load opera and ignore the standard browser. Had mine about a month so far and reckon it's a keeper.

Had mine since last November.
Well pleased with it. Camera, battery life, screen, memory.... all good. Use it lots every day. Got Viewranger on it which is superb.
I picked this over an iphone.

Sister liked mine and bought one too. Very different users but both happy !

Very, very different to the 5800.

Depending how much an X6 will cost you, look at an N8 (out soon, but I've had one a couple weeks so I'm speaking from some experience here), much better in every way than a X6. Tesco doing them sim free for £330 which is pretty damn cheap...

+1 for this phone with Viewranger, love the app, never get lost now! Got some great extras like GPS beacon and easy to import GPX routes.

Touchscreen is nice, impressed with camera quality as well.
