"...throughout my life, my two greatest assets have been mental stability and being, like, really smart.”

And so modest and humble about it all!

It’s all completely mad! Literally! I still can’t quite believe that the office of the president of the United States has been reduced to what appears to be a 12 year old with ADHD locked in his bedroom, eating burgers and firing off paranoid abusive school playground Tweets

What’s even more shameful is the behaviour of the Republican Party who continue to put the interests of party before country in the face of this madness!

seem like his hair is darker in the video screen image, so he left the grecian 2000/just for men in longer this time. Probably asking Ivanka "why didn't you tell me" !

when he proclaims that he was a successful businessman and tv star, the look on the guys faces behind him....priceless

if he wasn't the leader of the free world, the whole thing would make amazing reality tv..

Colleague has family that works for the American gov in DC (he has cool pics of DOJ & Pentagon buildings he's shown me, his surname is Al-bakir too!) Anyway, everyone in gov was reading the book on the day of its release, he's sent me a PDF of it, reckons it's great comedy.

We are indeed in the same situation Kimbers, where partisan politics trumps the interests of the country.

Trump is clearly totally unhinged as well as useless though, where the Maybot is just useless

Is it OK in polite society these days to wish him dead? Don't really care how; natural causes, his own hand or another. It's all good. From one perspective it's great entertainment (the best entertainment) but that's to suspend reality; it's actually unbelievably scary.

I look forward to the this thread sinking without trace; because that will mean the man is in the ground and forgotten.

"I think that its a disgrace that somebody's able to have something do something like that. The libel laws in this country are very weak if they were strong it would be very helpful you wouldn't have things like that happen where you can say whatever comes into your head"

He some sort of self-satirising algorithm. I can't work out whether its a smile or a wince of Pence's face in the background when he reaches the punchline.

{its also very difficult to know where to put the punctuation if you quote him verbatim]

Love bruneep’s photo, the complete lack of comprehension on The Donald’s face as to what he’s supposed to be doing is priceless!

It's funny but the real point is he was briefed beforehand on what to do, and still got it wrong. The guy who doesn't need daily security briefings because he's, like, smart can't listen to the end of a 1 line briefing on how to do crossy handsy shaking

I always think he looks like Ernie wise trying his best to not laugh at the funny man and not quite managing it. the straight man to the clown basically.

Misleading photo though. After a false start or two:

He worked it out in the end and then it was super dignified and statesman-like:

I didn’t think i’d ever find myself quoting Rupert Murdoch as the definitivative commentator on anything, but after having had a meeting with ‘The Donald’ emerged with the statement...

“What a ****ing moron!”

Genuine question:

If your only interaction with Trump was via a screen showing what he types, he seeing the same as you type, him in another room....

Would be pass the Turing Test in your eyes?

Actually binners, if I may digress into pedantry for a second, the Grizzled Information Uberfuhrer and skin-fondler of ex-Mrs Jagger called him "a ****** idiot".

It was Tillerson who (allegedly but not denied) called him "a moron".

As you were. Carry on.

As far as that book's concerned, Trump is a business genius because they are gonna sell a shit-ton of them.

Lets say that there is a production crew kicking about the whitehouse and there was one with him during the campaign... Can you imagine the kimd of money that the networks would pay for that reality show!
Could be his greatest legacy leaving that to the world.

This is doing the rounds on Twitter at the moment.
Listening to The Donald is excruciating enough as it is but when you compare him to someone with charisma who knows what they're talking about...

So a bit like "Spy Master", got a lot of publicity from the Thatcher government trying to get publication stopped. In the end it was just about some old fart whining about his pension.

Trudeau is a massive bellend though....god knows there are enough cringe making vids on YouTube of him embarrassing himself with ultra right on statements and breaking into tears for the camera at any opportunity...he's more of a wannabe tv star than Trump...ultimately Trudeau is like Tony Blair...government by tv sound bite and desperately aligning himself with populist opinion.

For any of Trudeau's perceived or real faults.... I'd take him as the leader of the "free world" any day of the week over the Trumpenator.
