Someone is letting their dog p00 in my front garden. Since I'm out at work during the day I'm never there to see it.
Short of laying mines, is there some way I can prevent this? Something you can spread around that dogs don't like?

collect it all up, pull a sicky, find out who it is, follow them home and smash their face in.
oh and put the dog-poo in a bin or something cos that stuff's disgusting.

Close your gate?
Put some dog repellant down / build a wall / escalate this a la TJ stylee and call in a thermo-nuclear strike whilst you are at work.
I know this might sound obvious but are you sure it's dog not fox? We have lots of foxes around here.
Otherwise there isn't alot that you can do apart from completely enclose your garden.
If its happening every single day then i would take a day off & lie in wait for the dirty ****ers.
