Does Shropshire exist? I think not.

I'm looking at this article on the Guardian website and I find it very suspicious. The photo looks...fishy...but even murkier is the reference to Shropshire. Let's look at the evidence: I've never been to Shropshire and neither has anyone I know. There are no towns that we can name in Shropshire. I have never seen Shropshire on a map. There are no famous people or teams or businesses from Shropshire. There is no town called Shrop. The only possible conclusion is that Shropshire is a psyop. It doesn't exist. It is simply a mechanism for inserting stories into the media by our avian overlords. Probably this "flood" is just a cover up of toxin release from a biowarfare facility or something. Expect followup stories next month detailing environmental damage caused by Victorian heavy metals deposits in the released mud etc...
