Hi there.

Does anyone know of a good piece of kit that can be used to monitor distance travelled that can be synced to a computer.

I have a Nike+ for my ipod that tracks my pace when running and wondered if there was a similar product for bikes.

I only ask because i don`t want to spend loads of money on a GPS systems.

All advice welcome

If it's just for tracking distance, wouldn't a basic cycle computer do the trick? You might not get any "syncing" but how hard would it be to just enter the trip data onto a spreadsheet once a day?

Someone posted a thread yesterday about a £49.99 GSP tracker (tiny little white thing) from Maplin that allows you to see your route on your PC when you got home. Is that the kind of thing you mean?

Cheers all. The Little i-gitu tag thing looks good. ( http://www.filesaveas.com/igotu_gt600.html) Might give that a try. If any one has used one would be keen to hear review.
Thanks for all respnses. Very helpful
