I know of a couple of relatively long standing Kingspan employees who've been made redundant very recently with apparently little to no explanation or justification after (they claim) years of good service. Interesting. As far as I can tell it seems we're both kinda right.
"Gruntle" comes from the same place as "grunt" and means to grumble or complain. "Disgruntled" - complaining a lot - had replaced merely gruntling circa the 19th Century, shoving it into obscurity. Gruntled today is a relatively new invention, it's a back-formation from disgruntled accredited to one PG Wodehouse who thought it was funny.
As for the link,
I'd strongly suspect that this is someone who either has (or one would hope, had) access to either the official site's source code or its backups. In which case, spinning up a near-identical copy would be fairly trivial (that's what backups are for after all).
