Once you have an account you need to pay the deposit into it. This will create it id for the tenant

It's pretty straightforward. You set up your own account, as a landlord. Then you record details of a property, just address and what sort of place it is, type of tenancy. Then you're ready to lodge a deposit from the tenant. Put in their details, date and amount of the deposit, it pops up with a payment screen. You get a confirmation email, as does the tenant.

At the end of the tenancy, assuming you are returning it in full, tenant logs in and requests a return, you go on and agree to it, using code from day you lodged it. They get the money sent to their account.
