Well after my company was asset stripped and bankrupted in in 7 months by a charming equity fund, I was made redundant in may.

So, I had an Office 360 account, with a number of apps installed on my laptop.

Obviously my One Drive and email account were blocked. However, all the apps are still working. Word, Excel, Visio etc. They appear to have full functionality, although I assume they won't receive updates. All that happens is a dialogue box pops up and asks for a reactivation key when I open an app. Once that is closed, apart from a message across the top of the screen, it works fine.

So how long will this last for? Will something happen that will eventually stop them working?

My old laptop has office 2010 on it.. Same here.. It works but it just has a warning message that it's not activated. Whatevs.. I rarely use it so I don't care.

Might be worth switching to Google docs or libre office if you want rid and don't want to pay for a licence
