Well if the mine was intended to blow up a tank / armoured vehicle it would be ample for a car !
FWIW I saw some coverage of just 1 lb of high explosive placed inside a car and it blew it to pieces. There is a significant difference in power between military high explosive and "normal" stuff too.
What do you reckon was playing on the car stereo at the time?

PS, i think it's a set up. I just can't see how a vehicle would get accelerated to those kinds of speeds (enough to get what looks like well over 50M of air) without being blown to pieces. If you look at how they do it in movies, they need air cannon, or large flat plates underneeth the vehicle to avoid it getting ripped to peices and to transfer enough force to it to push it upwards.
