Not a great actor, but he's seen the market for 'Cockney hard man' style actors, like yer Ray Winstone, and the craving for Mockney Gangster flicks like Lock Stock and Snatch, and cashed in. Good lad. Fair play to him. Maybe people would prefer it if he were to be a bank robber or drug dealer or some other working class council estate stereotype.

If I was Danny, I'd be well chuffed some **** was soo worked up over him. I'd be having a right chuckle, as I counted my money in my nice house (probbly the real reason for such hatred).

In fairness, Mark Commode is an arrogant pretentious ponce! And a right snob too. Why not have a pop at Hugh Grant, who plays the same stuttering foppish effete ponce in every single film he's ever done?
Dyer has been in some dire films though. He may not be in the same league as yer Stephen Berkoff or yer Ben Kingsley or whoever, but then some of the makers of the films he's been in haven't exactly been great either.
