Would love to get your thoughts on this... Rider on a non-road legal track bike with no front break hits pedestrian. Link to article below.
I know "non of us were there" to make a comment on the actual incident.. but does this raise issues about the regulation of bikes on the road? Cyclists without training on the road legalities (like a theory test)? This case could have knock on effects for all riders in urban areas.
