Our local PTA wants to buy a candy floss machine from HK on eBay. Any experience of charges? Is there a calculator any where?

I just got a camera into France from HK - cost me the VAT and a fed ex handling charge.. depends on the value of the product etc etc.

Royal mAil and parcelforce have an admin fee for collecting the duty. From memory £10 or thereabouts. A fair bit if the the your buying is not that expensive in 1st place.
