Blonde moment alert!
I'm going to transfer a balance from one card to another.
A payment of £50 needs to be paid by the 14th of July on the old card - if I transfer the balance to the new card before then does that count as a payment?
Or should I leave a £50 balance on the old card and make a payment as normal.
I don't want to get a non-payment mark on my credit history.
Ta!

Transferring the balance is exactly the same as paying it off, so no need for complicated shenanigans...

transfer it all, then just check back in a month or 2 to makes sure there's no residual interest, cancel DDs.
