Has anyone received orders recently? I made a couple and they seem to have gone into evri's "there's a problem" black hole and being them there's no contact and obviously I'm not expecting CRC to do anything their staff have more to worry about.
Apart from sausages and lawns what are my options?

Our two wiggle orders turned up last week. But our local EVRI delivery folk are very good. We rarely have issues.

Mmmm I know 4 that have the same message, should have been delivered 2-4march. Local evri used to be good now change almost every delivery. But this looks more "depot".

No issues with my CRC orders and Evri. Last delivery was yesterday and was delivered as expected, same with last week's delivery, all OK.

Receiving orders through Evri and parcelforce this week and last, but all a day or two late. Just sit tight I’d say. They seem to get assigned tracking and then disappear for a couple of days, I’m assuming delayed actually leaving chiggle.

I received two parcel dispatch emails late on Tuesday this week and they were delivered by Evri Wednesday morning

I've got two orders stuck in "processing" since the weekend, while another order shipped and was delivered ok. I'm guessing that they have a pretty meaty backlog of orders and almost no staff left to fulfil them (and they probably haven't got the best motivation to work too hard anyway).

Not a lot of options right now but sit and wait and see what happens.

You've ordered stuff from a company that's going to the wall and you're expecting it to be 100% risk free and with the same level of service they had previously - right...

To be fair to the OP he explicitly says he knows CRC are underwater and doesn’t expect action. He’s just seeing if there is an issue with Evri.

whats the message on the evri tracking?

i find the update of progress on wiggle / crc order history is first rate and accurate, from their you can click on the evri/parcelforce link

evri are great for me decent local delivery a few warehouses are nearby, so many parcels come next day, wiggle and CRC havent shipped on time, but once they have items have been coming in a few days..

TBH, the risk is probably worth the reward as there's been some (very) good deals on there and my assumption is that most orders will (eventually) ship. Certainly, every item I ordered is now out of stock so clearly their warehouse clearance has been pretty effective, but I assume there's a massive backlog now.

I chatted to the Parcel Force chap that delivered me some wheels yesterday and he said he'd never seen so many bikes and wheels being delivered as there has this week. He was aware that they were liquidating and was looking forward to things calming down a bit.

Stuff is arriving here but dispatch is slower and notifications patchy. Unsurprisingly.

One of my orders was marked as dispatched via Parcel Force last week, but only half turned up when it was supposed to. CRC live chat told me they were having trouble getting everything out due to how busy they were, but that it was on the way. The other half arrived on Monday.

I had a couple of other orders that were processing since last Thursday. One was dispatched Tuesday evening and delivered yesterday morning, another was dispatched yesterday and is due today. Both via Evri.

I expect people ordering things when they're available or as prices have dropped rather than combining everything into a single order has impacted order processing too.

I'd either wait it out or contact them via live chat. But expect them to be busy.

FYI, had a chat to them on live chat. Current dispatch times are around 5 days due to demand and skeleton staff, so a bit of patience is required here, but things should get sent eventually.

Currently waiting on a non CRC parcel to arrive here via Evri showing as delayed and was the same with a CRC one last week. Suspect the courier is having a few problems volume related or otherwise.

One box turned up half an hour ago - which was when it was supposed to. Two turned up yesterday. Also on schedule.

Won an auction on their eBay outlet store - got an email from Evri last night at 8:45 (which I didn't see for a couple of hours) saying "delivered" with a photo of a parcel by a door but NOT MY F******* DOOR! Issue raised with Evri 🤬🤬🤬

I've had everything from all of my orders now. Mixed bag in terms of dispatch times, but the Evri part has been smooth and  I've had decent tracking.

My courier is an absolute menace behind the wheel though.

Had one sat in "order processing" for a while, but as others have said its entirely understandable.

Something Chiggle-related coming from Evri this afternoon apparently.

Not quite sure what, it's fun getting a surprise though 😀

My last Chiggle order is being delivered today - everything I've ordered has been delivered.

Delivery times have been sporadic though, from next day to about 4-5 days.

Frame was delivered by Parcel Farce yesterday - Mrs' wasn't feeling well so did 'divert to post office' and they still ended up banging the door at 08:30.......

I have one of the Your order has been delayed. Should have been here on the 4th. The Local Evri guy is normally really good here but not seen him for a while so wondering if they have changed drivers. Last time it happened i mentioned it to him and he found the order at the depot

my evri order was too big for the courier to deliver, it was a jersey.... So they have to find an alternative delivery method!!!!

Another order shipped overnight and is with Evri now going through the normal process. This was ordered on 3rd March, so pretty much bang on the 5 days that Wiggle are saying at the moment.

Have stuck another in for some more cheap bib tights, because....cheap!

Evri emailed a photo showing a box just left by my front door. I'm out for the next five hours so call the neighbours to ask somebody to take it in. Turns out Evri, after taking the photo, then hid the box so effectively my neighbour couldn't find it and they put a note through the door saying where it was hidden.

Good service and yet a little confusing.

I guess CRC aren't just getting rid of stock but also cardboard boxes. The last few orders of gloves and bolts are going to be sent in shipping container sized boxes with enough filler paper to wrap a herd of elephants.

Evri order arrived from CRC on time including many SRAM Eagle powerlinks so set for life. No issues and ordered a cheap helmet and chain cleaner this morning.

Evri have discovered Schrodinger's parcel.

Today they both delivered and were unable to deliver my CRC order.

Parcel Farce on the other hand were only unable to find my address today which contained the remainder of my CRC order.
