Had a wee tumble yesterday which involved my foot staying still and my knee folding in such a way that there were all sort of interesting noises and a degree of numbness.
Anyway got a two week sick note and I should be getting a call from orthopaedics tomorrow. That'll be my building up to 10 mile runs knackered then.
