Off to the cinema with the boys tomorrow, with a choice of the Inbetweeners movie, Planet of the Apes or Cowboys and Aliens. My choice would be either of the first two, but my friends are pushing for the last one.
Has anyone seen it? What did you think? I'm looking for amunition to persuade them to see something else, unless it is any good of course.
I quite fancy it though, and mrs NBT does like Daniel Craig...

I can tell you nothing about Cowboys & Aliens but I can tell you that Planet of the Apes is total guff. The CGI chimp acts better than any of the humans, time passes (and I mean a lot of time, years in fact) and no one ages. The first hour is slow, then the action starts and it's pretty crap. Don't waste your time or money...

When you're wearing noise cancelling headphones, it's worth remembering that not everyone else on the upper deck is....Ooops. Laughed very loud and got some odd looks from fellow passengers!
It is looking like it has to be my first choice of the Inbetweeners then!
I saw Rise of the Planet of the Apes last week and enjoyed it. It wasn't as awful as I'd feared.
I've got to catch up on The Inbetweeners too...
If you like the Inbetweeners series the film won't disappoint.
Went to see Planet of the Apes too, it was pretty rubbish. Like BigG I thought he cgi apes were the best actors.
The major disappointment was the lack of combed-back hairdo's, like in the original films.
All talking apes should have a combed-back hairdo.
I thought cowboys and aliens was enjoyable, I'm rubbish at reviewing films, but I thought it was a good couple of hours spent.
I didn't like Cowboys and Aliens but my nephew did. It's not terrible just a typical summer blockbuster. One for the kids or fans of Daniel Craig.
Super8 or cowboys and aliens are my choices for tomorrow night? Any ideas??
