[Closed] Couple of Subs questions

My subs just ran out after my wife's card cot renewed (they were a gift subscription originally that just renewed every year - thanks dear). I'm going to renew myself but have a couple of questions before doing so.

Did I see a T-Shirt subs offer recently? I seem to remember there were some nice simple plain script logo designs on plain Ts but I can't find any reference - did I dream it?

When I renew, can I select the first issue? I've just received 102 so I don't want another but I would like to renew now as the non P status forum is more than a little annoying.
